Praying, Seeing, And Praising  — An Inspirational Prayer

In Simplicity May I See And Enjoy

Praying, Seeing, And Praising  – Reflections

Life remains complex.  And, one of the complexities we notice are the simplicities to be found.  No, that’s not double talk.  It is reality.

You begin to explain something to someone and at the beginning of what you are about relate to that individual or group you hear words such as: “Please, keep it simple.”

At times we need to “see the simple” for the purpose of enjoying what we see.  Many times, that means a prayer to do so.

And the reason for the prayer?  In order that we may embrace, catch, snatch, seize or whatever other terms you may employ to describe…

Taking in,
What is often bypassed,
And not enjoyed,
Because in the surges of daily life it is missed.

A Prayer For Today..

Reflecting On Scripture

“One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple..” (Psalm 27:4 )**

Following about a three year search for God, Lee trusted Christ as Savior in 1967 as young Marine. He has served as an outreach pastor and a church planter. The Lord also led him to serve as the Director of Internships at Baptist Bible Seminary in Clarks Summit, PA where he served for over 20 years. Lee loves to write, has a strong desire to be a positive influence for Christ in our world, and is passionate about family. And speaking of family, he and his wife Sherry (who served as a Director of Elementary Education for many years and recently retired) praise the Lord for being married 44 years, their 3 daughters and son-laws, and 7 grandchildren! Lee and Sherry would say: "We've been abundantly blessed."
