Simply Praying In Grace Today

A Prayer For Today…

“Lord, the reality of grace in my life is, simply…

Undeniable and yet almost unbelievable in every aspect of my life — and of the lives of of those who experience it each and every day…

And the moments of our days!

I don’t understand it: but I need it.  I mean, Lord, when I think of the forgiveness it brings my way, the hope which rests “beside” the experiencing of such forgiveness, the reality of the relationship — our relationship — that it reflects, and so very, very much more I…

And Praise in awe!

Oh, Lord, I bow before you in the honor of doing so.  Praying simple today, Lord, keep me close to You: at all times, in all of your marvelous ways, and for all of the honor You so deserve.  In Jesus’ Name I pray, Amen!”

 In The Reality Of Grace

Reflecting On Scripture

“The law was brought in so that the trespass might increase. But where sin increased, grace increased all the more, so that, just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to bring eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord..” (Romans 5:20-21)**

Following about a three year search for God, Lee trusted Christ as Savior in 1967 as young Marine. He has served as an outreach pastor and a church planter. The Lord also led him to serve as the Director of Internships at Baptist Bible Seminary in Clarks Summit, PA where he served for over 20 years. Lee loves to write, has a strong desire to be a positive influence for Christ in our world, and is passionate about family. And speaking of family, he and his wife Sherry (who served as a Director of Elementary Education for many years and recently retired) praise the Lord for being married 44 years, their 3 daughters and son-laws, and 7 grandchildren! Lee and Sherry would say: "We've been abundantly blessed."
